“Poetry Out Loud Gets Original” is a poetry book cover design I crafted for the Florida annual poetry contest, celebrating the vibrancy and originality of student voices. I developed a bold concept that reflects both literary elegance and playful creativity, using expressive typography and poetic imagery to capture the contest’s spirit.
Every design decision from layout and color to texture and symbolism was intentional and aligned with the theme of creative expression. I aimed to balance visual energy with clarity so the cover would feel engaging while remaining readable. For me, this project represents a blend of editorial insight and graphic storytelling that feels both meaningful and visually resonant.
